Consulting
Getting help is as easy as 1-2-3.
Our services aren't free, so before you go any further, may we suggest you look at our Free Advice section, which offers a plethora of hints, tips, and suggestions that may be all you need to resolve your issue. Or, if you'd prefer to have me or one of my excellent technicians perform any needed Quick Checks and Fixes, we'll be happy to do so--just ask.
Either way, here's how to get help now:
1. Tell us what you need.
Just click the big red button at the bottom of this page. That will open a blank email message; use it to convey your needs to "the brain trust," (e.g. all of the skilled technicians on duty at the time). We'll need to know what Mac model you're using, what version of Mac OS you have installed, what software is involved in the problem, etc. After we've mulled it over a bit, we'll contact you by telephone, email, or both (let us know which you prefer). At this time we'll provide you with our estimate: What we propose to do for you, approximately how long we think it will take, and how much it will cost.
2. Set up your appointment.
We hope you'll find our estimate satisfactory; if you do, the next step is to arrange an appointment with me or one of my experienced Mac technicians.
3. Sit back, relax, and enjoy having an experienced Macintosh technician resolve your problems right before your very eyes.
That's right-just sit back and relax while we take care of your problem for you.
It really is that simple. But since we realize some of you may want more information, we've prepared a comprehensive FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page; click HERE to visit it now.
